Alexander Milyukov

Executive Vice President at Gazprombank

Alexander Milyukov has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Alexander started their career at JSC Mezhcombank in 1996, where they served as a Senior Officer in the International settlements Department until 1999. Alexander then joined Bank of Moscow as the Head of Trade Finance from 1999 to 2004. In 2004, they moved to VTB and held several positions, including Head of Foreign Financial Institutions from 2004 to 2009, Managing Director from 2009 to 2010, and General Manager of the Shanghai Branch from 2010 to 2014. Alexander later joined the Eximbank of Russia as the Department Head from 2015 to 2016. Currently, they are serving as the Executive Vice President at Gazprom Bank, starting in October 2016.

Alexander Milyukov attended the Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics from 1990 to 1996, where they studied in the Faculty of applied mathematics. Alexander then went on to study International Economics at the Moscow Institute of Finance and Economics at the Financial Academy under the Government of Russian Federation from 1999 to 2001.
