Konstantin Osipov

Konstantin Osipov has extensive experience in corporate finance and investment banking, currently serving as Director of Corporate Finance & Merchant Banking at Gazprombank since June 2013. Additionally, Konstantin has been an Advisor at MIR Capital, a private equity fund associated with Intesa Sanpaolo and Gazprombank, since 2012. Prior roles include a position as a Member of the Board at BIOCAD until July 2014, where Konstantin facilitated the acquisition and sale of a 50% stake in Gazprombank's interest. Previous experience includes Deputy Director at Gazprombank's Corporate Finance division, Senior Associate at a private equity fund, and Associate at Renaissance Capital. Konstantin began a career in management functions at Janssen-Cilag, focusing on new business development in Europe and the MEWA regions. Konstantin holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, earned between 2001 and 2003.
