Mariia Orlushina

Mariia Orlushina has held various roles in the field of IT project management. Their most recent position was as the Chief Technical Officer of the Credit Cards Unit at Gazprombank, where they were responsible for defining the IT strategy and managing a multi-vendor team. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Integration Team at CB Renaissance Credit (LLC), where they led a team of 35 and implemented DevOps and CI/CD practices. Before that, they worked as an IT Project Manager at Neoflex, overseeing projects, coordinating with clients, and implementing Agile methodologies. Mariia also has experience as the Head of Test Team at Bell Integrator, where they managed project timelines, resources, and customer expectations. Overall, Mariia has a strong background in IT project management and has achieved notable success in improving development speed, quality, and incident reduction.

Mariia Orlushina obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in IT Management from the Higher School of Economics in 2020-2021. Mariia also completed advanced training in DASA: DevOps - basic level at Bauman Moscow State Technical University in 2018. In their earlier years, Mariia earned a Specialist degree from Penzensky Gosudarstvenny Pedagogicheskiy Universitet im. V.G. Belinskogo (PGPU) in 2005-2010, focusing on Primary school teaching and Social teaching.
