Fedele de Pinto

Fedele De Pinto is an experienced professional in leadership and development, currently serving as the Manager of Leadership and Development at Sun Auto Tire & Service since July 2022. Prior roles include various positions at Encore from 2014 to 2022, such as Learning Management System Administrator and National Training Coordinator, where Fedele managed over 200 regional training classes and exceeded company goals in scheduling instructor-led trainings. Experience also includes managing training programs at Cosi and serving as a Learning and Development Intern at Sears Holdings Corporation, where Fedele contributed to enhancing training programs. Fedele began a career in training at Panera Bread, progressing from Associate Trainer to Orientation Facilitator.
