David Hyde

David Hyde has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. David is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer at GB Energy since May 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Group Financial Controller at GB Energy from May 2020 to June 2022. Before joining GB Energy, David served as the Financial Controller at Timberwood Panels from February 2015 to August 2018. David also worked as the Group Financial Controller at Ampella Mining Ltd. from March 2013 to April 2014. David's earlier experience includes the role of Group Accountant & Risk Manager at Independence Group NL from November 2002 to March 2013, and as the State Manager at AMS Technical Services from 2000 to November 2002.

David Hyde has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Small Business from Curtin University, which they obtained from 1998 to 2004. From 2005 to 2007, they pursued further education at CPA Australia, earning a CPA certification in Accounting.
