EXECUTIVE COACHING - MINDFUL LEADERSHIP - FACILITATION - RETREATS

The old world is dead! The new one is still indefinite but emerges everywhere and in many ways. Are you willing to step into the unknown and open to a deeper level of awareness, intuition, intelligence, cooperation and to slow down to become more insightful?

That is the challenge of our time and only tuning into new levels of energy, awareness and knowing will bring a new beginning.

GB LIFE COACHING SPECIALISES IN HELPING INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANISATIONS
TO TRANSFORM THROUGH MINDFULNESS
At GB Life Coaching, we are dedicated to help people, leaders and managers in their journey to reach new levels of impact and performance.

With one to one and group coaching, experiential workshops, we base our approach on real life situations.

Most organisations have upgraded tools, furniture, offices, optimised processes, rationalised everything, but haven't really changed the way people are managed, inspired, helped, encouraged and supported. Very little changed about how people are trusted to make decisions, be creative and bring the best they have to offer.

In a world where constant solicitations and distractions take us away from the present moment, from our greater intelligence, we need a conscious decision and practice to restore our own sense of self.

Pressure and stress levels' are reaching a climax but awareness can bring a long-lasting change for you and your organisation.

TO INCREASE PERFORMANCE THROUGHOUT THE BUSINESS

It's not about working harder and longer but about working differently

It's about finding back a natural elegance to shift the model

It is about slowing down to speed up

To replace confusion, stress, mistakes, distractions, lack of creativity and poor communication

with clarity, calm, focus, creativity and mindful communication

More of the same is not an option

The old model cannot help anymore

Some side effects of our approach are more kindness, cooperation and creativity
