Chelsea Romaldini, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, beginning as an HR Assistant at GBA in August 2016 and advancing to the position of Senior HR Specialist. Prior to joining GBA, Chelsea worked as a Personal Banker at Commerce Bank, where responsibilities included customer assistance and compliance audits. Chelsea also gained experience as a Customer Sales Associate at CoreFirst Bank & Trust and as a Shift Manager at Wendy's Old Fashion Hamburgers. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of General Studies from Johnson County Community College.
