Dean Haynes

Dean Haynes is an Engineering Specialist at GBA (George Butler Associates) since November 1994, bringing extensive experience in engineering and design. Prior to this role, Dean held positions as a Senior Design Technician at Johnson County Wastewater from September 1989 to October 1994, and as an Assistant Cartographer at Johnson County Public Works from November 1986 to August 1989, where responsibilities included maintaining property maps and receiving ESRI training for ARC/INFO.
