Rebecca Howley is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in civil engineering. Since June 1997, Rebecca has worked at GBA as an Associate and Project Manager, focusing on modeling, sanitary sewer system assessment, infiltration/inflow analysis, storm sewer design, and regulatory compliance. Prior to this, Rebecca served as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the University of Kansas from August 1995 to May 1997, and completed an engineering internship at Larkin Associates, contributing to storm sewer feasibility studies and design. Earlier experience includes an engineering internship with the City of Shawnee, where Rebecca inspected projects related to sidewalk replacement and street conditions. Education includes a Master of Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Kansas.
