Sam Tapko Pe

Sam Tapko, PE is an Associate and Roadway Group Leader at GBA, specializing in highway and roadway design since March 2013. With a strong foundation in civil engineering, gained from a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia, Sam has progressed through various roles at GBA, including Senior Engineer and Project Engineer, overseeing aspects of roadway design such as horizontal and vertical geometry, 3-D modeling, and drainage design. Prior experience includes work as a Project Engineer at Rhythm Engineering, focusing on adaptive traffic control systems, and as a Construction Manager intern at the General Services Administration.
