Vijay Dube

Vijay Dube has over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor and software industries. Vijay is currently a Strategic Advisor at GBatteries. Prior to that, they were the President and CEO of Elliptic Technologies, which was acquired by Synopsys in 2015. Vijay also served on the advisory board of UltraSoC from 2016 to 2020.

Dube has a long history of executive leadership roles in various companies. In 2005, they became the President of Wavesat, which was acquired by Cavium in 2009. From 2010 to 2011, they served as an advisor for business and technology at NRC-IRAP. In 2015, they became the Business Advisor for Synopsys during the transition of security business from Elliptic to Synopsys.

Dube’s experience and expertise lies in embedded security solutions, semiconductor IP, software, and content protection. Vijay has successfully applied these skills in various fields such as consumer devices, IOT, networking, automotive, and identity cards.

Vijay Dube graduated from the University of Waterloo with a degree in Systems Design Engineering. Vijay then went on to work in the field of Systems Design Engineering.
