Liz Song is an experienced finance professional with a focus on SBA lending, currently serving as Vice President at GBC International Bank since February 2022. Prior to this role, Liz held positions at Banc of California as Vice President and Manager of Loan Administration/Closing, overseeing business and commercial real estate loans, in addition to specialty financing in various industries. Liz’s previous experience includes serving as Vice President and Senior SBA Operations Officer at Open Bank, and holding progressive roles at Hanmi Bank as AVP of the SBA Closing Team, and at Wilshire Bank as an SBA Closing Officer. With a strong background in SBA programs and loan administration, Liz has developed expertise in various lending sectors throughout a successful career.

We have been a delegated lender of the Export Import Bank of the U.S since 1999, and we become PLP lender of SBA Export Working Capital Program (EWCP) in 2010. We have total of 8 branches: four branches in the Los Angeles area, one in San Francisco, one in San Jose, and two in Greater Seattle Area.
