Stanley Hou is an experienced financial professional currently serving as a Portfolio Banker at GBC International Bank since August 2019. Prior to this role, Stanley worked in financial accounting at Haisheng International Inc., where responsibilities included utilizing SAP for daily documentation and managing capital journal accounts. Additionally, Stanley gained valuable experience as a Finance Intern at China Securities Co., Ltd., focusing on customer management and consultancy, and as an intern at Cinda International Capital Limited, where evaluation of customer risk tolerance and loan qualification checks were key tasks. Stanley holds a Master of Science in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Harding University.

Our new name reflects our long standing capability to handle international trade financing in addition to our commercial real estate financing and personal banking services. We have been a delegated lender of the Export Import Bank of the U.S since 1999, and we become PLP lender of SBA Export Working Capital Program (EWCP) in 2010. We have total of 8 branches: four branches in the Los Angeles area, one in San Francisco, one in San Jose, and two in Greater Seattle Area.
