William Wong is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in system development and team management. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at GBG Plc since August 2018, William focuses on developing a microservice self-service portal utilizing C# and .Net technologies. As a Development Team Lead, William manages a team of 6 to 8 members, employing scrum methodologies while collaborating closely with stakeholders in Kuala Lumpur and the UK to provide technical guidance and ensure service reliability and platform stability.
