Elena Popova is an experienced infrastructure technician with a strong background in civil engineering. Currently employed at gbi since March 2023, Elena previously held positions at EXP and Tetra Tech as a civil engineering technician. Prior to that, Elena worked at gbi in a similar role for four years. Elena's professional journey began with a position at INFRASTRUCTEL as a drafting technician, followed by civil engineering technician roles at FairPlay International Inc. and the State Construction and Repair Company. Elena holds a Master's degree in Civil and Industrial Engineering from the École supérieure de génie civil “Luben Karavelov” in Bulgaria and a Diplôme d'études professionnelles in Building Drawing from the Centre de formation professionnelle - Pierre-Dupuy in Longueuil.
