Gustavo Gonzalez

Gustavo Gonzalez is a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in architecture and construction management. Currently employed at GBL Architects since February 2019, Gonzalez has successfully managed various projects, including the completion of The City of Lougheed in June 2023. Prior positions include Senior Project Manager at Henriquez Partners Architects, overseeing the Davie Safeway project, and at Buttjes Architecture Inc., where significant contributions were made to the Evolution mixed-use development in Calgary. Gonzalez also operated a general contracting business, G.A. Assemblages Woodwork Ltd, prior to roles at IBI Group and Hugo Subotovsky Architects, managing diverse projects from design to construction administration. Gonzalez holds a Master’s Degree in Urban Design and Planning from The City College of New York and a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Universidad de Los Andes.
