Shannon Arnold has extensive experience in the field of scientific research and engineering. From 1995 to 2001, Shannon worked as a Research Development Engineer at NASA Langley Research Center. Following this, Shannon joined ViaSystems as an Electro-Optics Engineer for a short period in 2001. From 2001 to 2006, Shannon served as a Sr. Research Engineer at Analytic Services Inc. Subsequently, from 2006 to 2016, Shannon worked as a Principal Scientist at Scientific Research Corporation. Currently, Shannon is employed as a Principal Scientist at GBL Systems Corporation from 2016 onwards.
Shannon Arnold holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree from Virginia Tech, which was obtained between the years 1995 and 1998. Prior to that, Shannon earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organic and Polymer Chemistry (Electronic Materials) from Clark Atlanta University from 1992 to 1994. Their bachelor's degree, a B.S. in Chemistry and Mathematics, was earned at Morehouse College from 1988 to 1992. Additionally, Shannon has also completed a Master of Science (MS) degree at Clark Atlanta University.
