Mohamed Ali is an experienced IT professional with a solid background in technical support and software development. Currently working as an IT Onsite Support Specialist at GBM Qatar since November 2020, Mohamed previously served as an Outsourcing IT HelpDesk at Qatar Islamic Bank for a short period during the Covid-19 pandemic, where responsibilities included configuring laptops for remote work.
