Mohamed Ali is an experienced IT professional with a solid background in technical support and software development. Currently working as an IT Onsite Support Specialist at GBM Qatar since November 2020, Mohamed previously served as an Outsourcing IT HelpDesk at Qatar Islamic Bank for a short period during the Covid-19 pandemic, where responsibilities included configuring laptops for remote work. In prior roles, Mohamed provided IT support for end-users at Qatar Islamic Bank, worked as a Freelance Software Developer, and taught courses related to programming and artificial intelligence at the University of Hargeisa. Earlier experience also includes application development at Universiti Selangor and IT Help Desk Support at Qaran Express. Mohamed holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (Software Engineering) from Universiti Selangor.
