Mustafa Ali Syed

Mustafa Ali Syed has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and companies. Mustafa most recently served as the PMO Lead & Sr Project Manager at GBM Qatar, where they led the Digital Infrastructure PMO/Service Delivery team and delivered cybersecurity programs for major clients. Mustafa achieved significant accomplishments such as executing critical security projects for the FIFA 2022 World Cup event and achieving ISO 27001 and ISO 20001 certifications for the organization. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at GBM Qatar. Mustafa also has experience as an IT Project Manager at Emircom and Al Khaleej Group, as well as a Business Analyst at SIS Infotech Pvt. Ltd. Mustafa started their career as a Management Trainee at Godrej Industries Limited and Associate Companies.

Mustafa Ali Syed received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Osmania University in 2002. Mustafa also obtained a Diploma in IT Networking from Solus Informatics in the same year. In 2000, they completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from Osmania University. Additionally, Mustafa Ali Syed has obtained several certifications, including ISO 27001 Lead Auditor from TUV SUD in 2023, Security+ from CompTIA in 2018, and Certified PMP – Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in 2007.
