Previous work experience includes roles at Qatar Airways as a customer service agent and Hydraulic Engineering Company as a computer science engineer, where Nacerddine focused on automating services and managing internal IT networks. An education in IT, highlighted by a Master’s degree from the University of Larbi Ben mhidi d'Oum El Bouaghi and various certifications in Cyber Security and Networking from institutions like Cisco Networking Academy and Fortinet, further enhances Nacerddine's expertise in the field.
