Hein van Opstal

Hein van Opstal is the COO of GBM Works, a company that specializes in sustainable Ground Breaking Machinery for offshore windmill installations. Hein is also the General Manager and Owner of Hefort, a management services and consultancy firm that has provided services to various industries. Previously, Hein founded and served as CEO of Yellow Pallet, an agri-tech company that developed eco-friendly pallets made of banana fiber. Hein has a background in telecommunications and has worked in various countries on joint ventures and alliances. Additionally, Hein has a strong educational background with degrees from Columbia Business School, INSEAD, Rotterdam School of Management, and Delft University of Technology.
