Michael Purcell, CPA, is a Partner in Assurance & Advisory at GBQ Partners. A native of metro-Detroit, they earned both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Science in accounting from Michigan State University. Michael began their public accounting career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Columbus, OH, before joining GBQ in 2012, where they provide services to a diverse range of clients and hold several leadership roles within the firm. Outside of their professional commitments, Michael serves as Treasurer for Homeport and has been actively involved in hockey officiating at various levels.
