Lindsay Parks has extensive experience in account management, having worked in several roles since 2011. Currently, Lindsay serves as an Account Manager at GBS Benefits, Inc. since November 2017, following a brief tenure as a Client Support Specialist. Previous experience includes managing health insurance for over 70 small business clients at Innovative Benefits Solutions, LLC and serving as a Benefits Account Coordinator at AssuredPartners Colorado, where annual renewals and client interactions were key responsibilities. Earlier roles include Enrollment Specialist at Northwestern Mutual Denver, overseeing an online benefits enrollment system, and a Mental Health Worker at Mount Saint Vincent Home, focusing on supportive interventions for abused children. Lindsay holds a Sociology degree from the University of Colorado Boulder.
