Monserrat Wahl has over a decade of experience in various roles related to client management and social services. Currently serving as an Account Executive and Small Employer Client Manager at GBS Benefits, Inc. since March 2019, Monserrat previously held the position of Juvenile Justice Services Senior Counselor at the Utah Department of Health and Human Services from April 2011 to February 2019. In addition, Monserrat gained valuable experience as a Student Intern with the Defense Criminal Investigative Service in 2010, supporting federal agents in investigations involving fraud and corruption. Monserrat holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Argosy University and an Associate's Degree in Social Sciences with a focus in Criminal Justice from Eagle Gate College-Salt Lake City.
