Drayven Delong

Drayven DeLong is an experienced professional in customer service, sales, and content creation, currently serving as an Account Manager at GBS Corp since October 2021. In addition, Drayven is the Co-Host and Co-owner of 5th Side of the Ring, operational since December 2020. Drayven's previous roles include Customer Service and Sales Representative at GBS from March 2010 to October 2021, where skills in customer relations and quality control were honed, and Director of Content and Co-Host at Headlocks And Promos for a brief period in 2020. Experience also includes a stint as Assistant Manager in Training with the Cleveland Indians, focusing on merchandising and sales optimization. Drayven holds a Master's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management and a Bachelor's degree in Sports and Exercise from Kent State University.
