Greg Kuenning

Greg Kuenning has extensive experience in real estate development and acquisitions, currently serving as Vice President of Acquisitions at GBT Realty since March 2010. Prior to this role, Greg worked as a Developer at Newton Oldacre McDonald from October 2005 to September 2009, specializing in site selection and acquisition for national retailers including Rite Aid, NTB Tires, Staples, and AT&T Wireless. Greg's background also includes positions in market research and land acquisition at Vision Land Development and Bear Creek Capital, as well as an educational foundation from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business from 1998 to 2003.
