Tim Mondello

Tim Mondello, CDP, is currently the Senior Construction Manager at GBT Realty. Prior to this role, Tim held positions at WS Development, Essex Builders Corp., HENSEL PHELPS, Massachusetts School Building Authority, and Nauset Construction Corp. Tim has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology and has also completed programs at ICSC John T. Riordan School and ICSC University of Shopping Centers. At GBT Realty, Tim manages the construction of Landlord and Tenant buildouts and coordinates between Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and Tenants to ensure accurate and timely delivery of the constructed premises.
