David Swentor

David Swentor is the current President of Development at GBX Group. Prior to this, they were a Partner at Encore Lodging from October 2013 to August 2016. Before that, they were a Board Member at SBA CDC from January 2009 to August 2016. David was also a Partner at Premiere Development Group from January 2000 to October 2013.

David Swentor has a BS in Business Administration from the Darla Moore School of Business, with a focus in finance and marketing. David also has a degree in international trade from the Tokyo University of Foreign Studies. David is currently pursuing their MBA at the University of South Carolina.

David Swentor reports to Drew Sparacia, Chief Executive Officer. Some direct reports include Amy Garmone - Director, Project Management, Brian Cappelli - VP, Asset Management, and Reese Sparacia - Power BI Developer I. David Swentor works with Kelly Hoy - Chief Legal Officer & Secretary, Lance Frew - Chief Operating Officer, and Phil Winton - VP, Strategic Messaging.
