Dawn Lowe

Dawn Lowe currently serves as the Manager of Insurance and Office Administration at GBX Group LLC since April 2025. Previously, Dawn held various positions at Risk International, including Risk Manager, Director, and Senior Risk Analyst, where responsibilities involved managing risk for a billion-dollar company across multiple sectors. Dawn began a career in risk management as a Risk Analyst and gained extensive experience in personal lines and small commercial insurance at Consolidated Risk Management. Earlier roles included serving as an elementary tutor for Chardon Schools and a Sergeant E5 in the Ohio National Guard. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Notre Dame College and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration from Lakeland Community College.
