Inna Makarov

Inna Makarov is the current controller at GBX Group. Inna has also previously worked as a senior staff accountant at Associated Estates Realty Corp and as a corporate accountant at DDR Corp.

Makarov has experience in financial statement preparation, job cost and general ledger analysis, and variance reporting. Inna is also experienced in preparing loans amortization calculations and monitoring loan payments and default status.

Makarov was responsible for evaluating and testing bi-annual upgrades to DDR Corp's unclaimed funds software system during their time there. Inna was also part of the team that successfully implemented a new ERP system for the straight-line rent module. After the implementation, Makarov trained the accounting staff on the new procedures.

Inna Makarov has a Master of Accountancy and Financial Information Systems from Cleveland State University. Inna also has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Oil and Chemistry - Baku, Azerbaijan. In addition, they are certified by the Accountancy Board of Ohio as a Certified Public Accountant.

Inna Makarov works with Marena Habib - Staff Accountant, Dave Roman - Senior Financial Systems Analyst, and Kathy Lewis - AP/AR Specialist. Inna Makarov reports to Craig Schultz, Chief Financial Officer.
