Eric Portillo

Eric Portillo is an experienced media professional with a strong background in film and media education. Currently serving as Lead Instructor at Montgomery Housing Partnership since August 2018 and Youth Media Coordinator at Gandhi Brigade Youth Media since August 2017, Eric specializes in teaching youth skills in film production and graphic design while fostering advocacy and content leadership among students. Previous roles include Film and Music Intern at the Washington Jewish Film Festival, Media Administrative and Logistic Executive at TechXact Group Corporation, and Videographer at St. Mary's College of Maryland. Eric holds a Bachelor's Degree in Film and Media Studies from St. Mary's College of Maryland and has also studied at James Cook University.
