Timothy DeChicchis, CMP, LSSGB, PSM, currently serves as Senior Policy Analyst Lead at GC Associates USA, LLC, where responsibilities include comprehensive reviews of policies and ensuring compliance with the Military Department Disability Evaluation System and Service-Connection for Aggravated Disability for Law Enforcement Officers programs. Prior experience includes over 27 years with the United States Marine Corps, where roles encompassed Operations, Legal, & Personnel Director, Director of Operations & Personnel, and Regional Legal Administrative Manager. Timothy has managed significant projects, including an evaluation of crime reporting to federal law enforcement with 2,000+ court-martial cases, and oversaw legal services with substantial fiscal and personnel management. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Management-Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness from Troy University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Belmont Abbey College.
