Steffen Richardsen

Steffen Richardsen has over 25 years of experience in various roles within the fertilizer industry. Steffen began their career at Norsk Hydro in 1994, where they held positions such as Manager Asia Department and Vice President Fertilizer Trade. Steffen then joined Yara International in 2004, where they served as Country Manager Argentina and later as Regional Director Southern Area Latin America. In 2009, they became Product Director YaraLiva at Yara International. Most recently, they have been the Managing Director at GC Rieber Salt AS since November 2014.

Steffen Richardsen began their education at Oslo Katedralskole, where they studied from 1978 to 1981. Steffen then attended BI Norwegian Business School from 1984 to 1989, earning a degree in Siviløkonom. In 1989, they enrolled at the University of Oslo (UiO), where they pursued Grunnfag Statsvitenskap and completed it in 1990. Following this, Steffen attended the Ivey Business School at Western University from 1991 to 1993, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
