Jonathan Beagles

Jonathan Beagles is an accomplished professional in the fields of auditing, accounting, and nonprofit management. Currently serving as an Audit Specialist at General Conference Auditing Service since August 2022, Jonathan has held various academic positions, including Assistant Professor of Nonprofit Management at Syracuse University's Maxwell School from August 2018 to August 2022 and Associate Professor of Accounting and Management at La Sierra University from January 2017 to June 2018. Previous roles include Country Director for ADRA Ethiopia, where Jonathan led strategic planning and program implementation, and Senior Financial Compliance Administrator for ADRA International, managing USAID program compliance. Jonathan's early career included significant auditing experience, both as a Senior Staff Auditor at General Conference Auditing Service and as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Arizona. Jonathan holds a Ph.D. from the University of Arizona and a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
