Keith McGivern

Keith McGivern has extensive experience in technical support and application management, currently serving as IMS Manager and Technical Support Lead at GCD Technologies since November 2014, focusing on ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 integrated management systems. Prior to this role, Keith held various positions at Citi from August 2007 to November 2014, including Global Support Manager and Senior Application Support Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed managing support for the Rates - Risk Treasury and Finance Desk as well as commodities. Keith's career began as a Software Developer at Allstate from January 2005 to July 2007, specializing in billing applications on mainframe systems. Keith earned a degree in Computer Science with Professional Experience from Queen's University Belfast from 1999 to 2003.
