Ken Pearl

Ken Pearl is an experienced managing director currently leading GCE Homecare and GasArc Group LTD since November 2021 and GASARC, an ESAB Group Company, since July 2020. In these roles, Ken directs and manages company resources, focusing on the recruitment and retention of well-motivated staff to meet organizational goals. Prior to these positions, Ken served as the Director of Engineering at GASARC and as Integration Director at ESAB from August 2018 to July 2020, where responsibilities included developing and implementing integration plans, assessing financial structures, and evaluating global manufacturing strategies.
