Kevin Carter

Kevin Carter, PE, is a Project Manager at GCG Associates, Inc. with a background in civil engineering. Kevin has experience in managing construction projects, water system design, hydraulic modeling, and surveying. Kevin's work history includes roles as a Gas Construction Supervisor at National Grid and an Engineer at Weston & Sampson Engineers.
