John Hegarty

John Hegarty has extensive experience in management and service delivery within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Vice President and General Manager for the Polaris Project at General Communication, Inc. since July 2014, John previously held the role of Vice President of Service Delivery at Cycle30 from March 2010 to June 2014. John has a strong background in billing and customer systems, having worked as Director of Billing and Customer Systems at General Communications Inc. from September 2005 to March 2010. Earlier career highlights include consultancy roles at CSG Systems and Kenan Systems - Lucent Technologies, as well as IT positions at BENS from 1992 to 1996.
