Tom Lyons

Tom Lyons is a skilled Systems Engineer with extensive experience in designing and optimizing voice solutions and contact center infrastructures. Currently serving as Systems Engineer IV at GCI Communication Corp. since December 2021, Tom focuses on system architecture for Genesys Cloud infrastructure, enhancing workflows and agent-customer interactions. Prior experience includes serving as Project Engineer at Inflow Communications, where Tom designed and configured call flows and provided troubleshooting solutions, and as Event Staff at PDXLAN, managing network setups for large-scale gaming events. Tom began a career in customer service and technical support as a Broadband Sales Specialist at Charter Communications.
