Sonali Rao

Sonali Rao currently serves as the Director of Finance at GCI Canada, a position held since July 2021. Simultaneously, Sonali has held the title of Director of Finance at Group SJR until December 2024. Previously, Sonali was the Senior Accounting and Financial Analysis Manager at the Toronto Region Board of Trade from April 2020 to July 2021, and held roles at Hill+Knowlton Strategies as Supervisor of Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable and Accounting Lead from March 2016 to April 2020. Earlier in the career, Sonali worked at Traffix as an Operations Administrator and Billing and Accounting Coordinator, and at TD as a Customer Service Representative. Sonali began professional experience as an Administrative Coordinator at Merriam Music. Educationally, Sonali holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Guelph, earned between 2006 and 2010.
