Zhu Yufeng

ZHU Yufeng has been an Executive Director of the Company since September 2009 and is a member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company. Mr. Zhu is also a director of several subsidiaries of the Company. He graduated from George Brown College (Business Administration Faculty) in 2005. Mr. Zhu and his family (including his father, Mr. Zhu Gongshan, who is also a Director of the Company) are the beneficiaries of a discretionary trust which owns about 34.75% issued share capital of the Company at 28 March 2019. Mr. Zhu joined a subsidiary of the Company in 2006. He is responsible for human resources, administration and project tender of the Company. Mr. Zhu is also the chairman and an executive director of GCL New Energy Holdings Limited (“GNE”), a subsidiary of the Company with its shares listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Main Board (Stock Code:451).
