Allen Gai

Allen Gai has extensive experience in the investment and development of international renewable energy projects, currently serving as Investment Director at GCL New Energy Holdings Ltd. since November 2017 and as Investment and Development Director at GCL System Integration Technology Co., Ltd. since February 2019. Gai leads the MENA team, focusing on the China-UAE New Energy Fund and overseeing various project structures including IPP, BOT, and BOO. Previous roles include Senior Business Development Manager at TBEA SunOasis, where Gai represented multiple Middle Eastern countries, and Sales Manager at ET Solar, leading project bids across the MEA region. Gai's early career included managerial positions in international business and sales with companies like GrecoGres International and Rincon. Gai holds bachelor's degrees in International Business and English from Changchun University of Technology.
