Balaji Karthik

Balaji Karthik has a robust professional background in business development and technical management, spanning over 14 years. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager at GCP since October 2009, Balaji also held the position of Technical Manager and Technical Manager for Cement (India) during tenure. Previous experience includes a managerial role focused on operational performance and improvements at Lafarge India from June 2005 to September 2009. Balaji holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Alliance Manchester Business School, completed in June 2023, and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela, obtained in 2005. Educational foundations were established at St. James Matriculation Higher Secondary School.
