Robert Joiner

Robert Joiner is a seasoned accounting and finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and reporting. Currently serving as VP, Corporate Controller at Diversified since May 2023, Robert also holds the position of Corporate and North American Controller at GCP Applied Technologies, overseeing finance and accounting for North America and corporate-level operations. Previous roles include Director of Financial Reporting and Consolidation at Kaplan, where responsibilities encompassed financial reporting for a $1.5 billion company, and Senior Manager of Financial Reporting at FOCUS Brands. Robert has also managed SEC reporting and technical accounting at Scientific Games and gained foundational auditing experience at PwC and Deloitte. Robert holds a Master's degree in Accountancy and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Auburn University.
