Roy Clark started their work experience in 1994 as a Project Manager at Summit Engineering Corp. After two years, they joined G. C. Wallace, Inc. in 1996 as the Vice President, where they currently work.
Roy Clark attended Brigham Young University from 1976 to 1981, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
