Scott Marshall Pe

Scott Marshall, PE, is a seasoned Project Manager and Project Engineer at GCW, Inc. since October 2021, with prior experience as a Civil Analyst at Kimley-Horn and as a Project Engineer at KM Engineering, LLP. Scott began a professional career in civil engineering after obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with an Environmental Emphasis from Carroll College in 2017, complemented by studies at the University of Montana. Early experience includes a student internship at CDM Smith, where Scott worked on treating mining-influenced water at an EPA Superfund site in Rimini, MT. Additionally, Scott served as a Motor Transport Operator in the US Marine Corps from July 2008 to July 2012.
