Chun Su Liu

Chun Su Liu is a seasoned professional in service assurance and customer operations, currently serving as the Head of Service Assurance and Global Escalations Director at Global Cloud Xchange since August 2014. In this role, Chun Su Liu manages service assurance and delivery operations for cloud networking and hybrid cloud services, including managed SDWAN solutions and hybrid WAN connectivity to major cloud providers. Previously, Chun Su Liu held the position of Senior Regional Service Manager at Pacnet, leading a team that serviced top-tier enterprise and carrier clients across Asia and Europe. Early career experience includes roles as Customer Service Manager at Asia Netcom, Technical Support Manager at Link2u, and Managing Director at Selim, among others. Chun Su Liu holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Pacific States University.
