Avinash Agarwal

Avinash Agarwal has an extensive work history spanning several industries. Avinash currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at GDB International, Inc., beginning in August 2021. Prior to this, they worked for Birlasoft as the US Head of Finance from March 2014 to July 2021. During this time, they managed the finance operations for the North American region of the company. Before Birlasoft, Avinash held the role of Director-Finance at iGATE, where they oversaw the finance operations and management for the company's operations in the Americas from January 2013 to March 2014. Avinash also worked as the Controller for Patni Americas Inc from March 2008 to December 2012, where they were responsible for all finance operations for the North American region. Prior to that, Avinash was the Manager-Finance at Patni Telecom Solutions Inc from January 2003 to March 2008, where they supervised finance operations and ensured compliance with US GAAP and other statutory requirements. Avinash also has experience as a Senior Accountant at Silicon Park Financial Services, where they provided accounting and financial services to clients, and as the CEO of Migweld Industries from February 1996 to April 2000. Additionally, Avinash worked as the Controller at ICT International (S'pore) Pte Ltd from January 1995 to November 1995, overseeing the operations and managing finances for the company.

Avinash Agarwal obtained a Chartered Accountancy degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 1986 to 1989. Avinash also completed a course in Financial Management at Harvard University in 2010. Avinash Agarwal holds a B Com (Hons) degree in Accountancy from St. Xavier's College. Avinash is also a certified Public Accountant (CPA) by the California Board of Accountancy.
