José Dominguis Renard

José Dominguis Renard, studied Business Studies at the Escuela Profesional de Comercio de Valencia, before joining the family company Pinturas J. Dominguis in 1958. In 1965, he assumed management of the companies. In 1976-77, after the founding of the companies DOMINGUIS, SL and LAINSA, he was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer. In 2005, following the founding of the Dominguis Group corporate holding company, currently GD Energy Services (GDES), the eight Group companies were merged and he was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors.

He has received numerous awards and recognitions in his career: among them, the 2011 Valencian Community Business Executive award from the magazine, Actualidad Económica, and the 2012 Spanish Nuclear Association Medal. In 2015, he was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Falck SCI, within the GDES’ partnership with Falck.
