Jeff Lucas

Jeff Lucas is an experienced operations director with a strong background in facilities maintenance and commercial services. Currently serving as Director of Operations at GDI Integrated Facility Services since January 2014, Jeff Lucas manages ongoing maintenance operations and upcoming projects while focusing on staff development and retention. As Vice President of Operations at Servpro Cleaning (Calgary) Inc., a role held since May 1995, Jeff Lucas oversees daily operations, implements continuous improvement programs, and consults on business strategies. Earlier in their career, Jeff Lucas spent nearly a decade as City Manager of Operations at Hertz Car Rental, gaining valuable experience in the rental car industry. Jeff Lucas holds a Diploma in Business Administration and Marketing from Algonquin College, earned between 1977 and 1980.
